It is the software for managing batch processes with simple configuration and use.
It allows you to:
- Program dosage and treatments;
- Manage simultaneities and priorities directly in the recipe;
- Manage detailed reports with batch management.
Applicable to:
- Food industry: dosage and treatments for ice cream, chocolate, creams, pasta, yogurt, cheese, beverages, …;
- Pharmaceutical industry: dosage and mixing of powders/liquids;
- Feed industry: dosage of raw materials and semi-finished products;
- Glass industry: dosage and mixing of raw materials.
The recipe is structured in “successive steps” through which the user can specify a sequence of operations such as:
- Dosage of component 1, agitation for 15 minutes;
- Dosage of component 2, heating to 66°C;
- Discharge.
The operations are carried out based on a priority set by the user.
