By simply installing an RFID reader at the entrance of the aging chamber and placing tags on the carts/grids or conveyor bars, it is possible to register and identify all the products that require aging and their entry into the chamber.
It is possible to install RFID readers under the rollers to identify a product and register its passage, thus allowing for a secure and precise product traceability activity through the analysis of the information sent by the antennas and readers.
