AUTECO – Software for Industrial Automation

It is the software developed for product traceability; it is applicable to automated plants with PLCs and supervisors, as well as to manual plants.

The package is capable of managing batches and sub-batches. The system tracks all the processing parameters of the product: from receipt to packaging, eliminating the use of paper-based data and automatically generating the documentation required by law.

Here’s how: the application automatically encodes the content of the storage tanks by assigning a “batch code” to it. This can be associated with analysis data, such as fat percentage, temperature, storage, or expiration date, which—when related to the packaging sequence—allow the product to be traced throughout its journey in the plant.

The package is capable of managing batches and sub-batches with mixing percentages (the packaged batch is made from raw materials mixed together), thus solving one of the main challenges related to traceability, where various components that have undergone different treatments are combined.

The software application allows you to:

  • Set and detect the batch code of the finished product, store this data in an archive, and link it to the performed processes and raw materials;
  • Detect and archive significant events and processing parameters that may impact product quality.

The goal is to create a coding system for the finished product that allows tracing back to the raw materials and treatments applied, thus enabling tracing from the raw material to the finished product and from the finished product to the raw material.

The software can be implemented with the configuration of numerous options, such as:

  • Management of tank trucks and supplier management with handheld devices;
  • Management of laboratory analysis associated with the batch;
  • Management of materials (containers, lids, paper, caps, bottles, etc.);
  • Management of additives;
  • Management of premix batches and special products;
  • Management of manual machines;
  • Management of packaging machines;
  • Management of batch processes;
  • Laboratory management.
